    These are my new chicks...they came home yesterday. 3 Black Star, 2 Red Star (also known as sex links from what I understand from my more knowledgable friends) and one unknown -- she has feather feet and is a lighter yellow that the red stars [​IMG]

    cute babies! hmmm feathered feet...a brahma, cochin, silkie.....have no ideas other than those. Any markings on her? Leg Color?

    Her bottom foot color is reddish, she has some dark stripes down her back above her wing area, and her wing tips are white. I think she may have been one on those "bonus" chicks that come in a shipment as the rest of the chicks seemed to be either red or black stars. She's very cute. I do think the others know she's "different." One of the black stars keeps pushing her when they feel she is at their feeding place. She, of course, pays absolutely no attention and just chooses another feeding slot.
