I'mma gonna strangle Lilith!!!

Yes, she is one of my two favorites, but I'mma gonna strangle her!

She has spent the last two and a half hours screaming bloody murder cuz someone's in her favorite nest again.

I've offered her three other nests, but she immediately jumps down and goes back to screaming and giving stink eye to the hen on her favorite nest.

I think the other hen is staying on that nest out of meanness.

Okay, maybe I won't strangle her, but if I squeeze real hard.....

At least you havent had to listen to my Maxie caterwaul all day, alternately sounding like a bellowing cow or a raging peacock.

If it's any consolation I share your pain in one BO hen named Gimpy! She's my town crier. She makes all that noise just so that I and the entire neighborhood knows that one of her sisters is laying an egg. Multiply that by 12 a day!

It's a power struggle between these two! I finally convinced Maggie to get off the nest - she was done, just being mean to Lilith. Maggie climbs out, Lilith climbs in, sits for two seconds and gets back out!

I knew she didn't need to lay today. I swear there was a smirk on Lilith's face when I made Maggie get out.
