I NEED IMMEDIATE HELP! I put some eggs in the incubator and I thought none were going to hatch it is day 22 and still heard or saw nothing. I started cracking them open very carefully from the top of the egg at the air sac. I peeled it back and saw mivi g under the air sac. The top is already off and i pit it back in the incubator. No peeps just movement. Should I peel back the thin shert between the air sac and the chick? Im really overwhelmed and font know what to do. PLEASE HELP!

Do you have any coconut oil? Use a q-tip and dab some oil on the exposed membrane. Try and keep it moist.

Don't remove anymore of the shell. Hopefully it will hatch soon before bacteria can get to it. Just keep an eye on it. Don't get too upset if it doesn't make it. Your learning and we all have made mistakes.

Are you using an independent thermometer and a hydrometer? or just using the incubators sensors?

I can't really tell by the pic but it looks like you removed the membrane too?
