Immobilized legs

Please excuse my ignorance. I had 5, 9 week old incubated chicks. One of them started losing his balance. I started him right away on vitamins; probiotics; yogurt etc since 2 weeks ago. He has worsened and now his legs are sitting straight under his body. One to the front one on back, almost as if someone when doing "splits." He eats and drinks good but can hardly move around.
IDK what to do. Please help!!!

Hope the emergency folks can come to your aid. Are any other chicks doing the same? If he wasn't born this way, I wonder if he got pecked hard to his head. What breed is he?

Some breeds with vaulted skulls are especially prone to brain damage.

I do not know the breed. The story is that I receive a rooster from somebody else and we got him a young hen she laid a few eggs from him then after a while he got killed by a cat or something. then I decided to get an incubator and five of his babies were born. And this is one of them. He started losing his balance and I looked it up and I've been giving him vitamin D and vitamin B12, Cooked rice with yogurt; scrambled eggs with vitamin B 12. This has been going on for three weeks at first he was just laying there now he's moving around for a little bit and then stops moving; he continues to eat but doesn't drink a lot of water drinking but he responds when I talk to him I am very puzzled And I really don't know is the best thing to keep trying or should Consider euthanizing him. I don't want him to be in pain but I also don't want to give up if there's a chance of him making it. thank you
