Impacted Crop or Egg Bound?

My 9 month old hen hasn't laid an egg in almost 5 days. Her crop hasn't been emptying at all in the past 5 days as well. It's been feeling hard. I've given her olive oil and massaged her crop and now switched to coconut oil and massage and while I have broken up the mass for the most part, nothing is going down. She's barely pooped, and when she does it's watery.

I felt her abdomen and it's a bit swollen but her vent looks normal.

I don't know whether she's egg bound and this is causing the impaction or the impaction is causing her not to lay.

I don't know what else to do for her or what's wrong with her, nothing seems to be helping or making her crop go down or her to lay.

I don't know whether to try giving her a stool softener or some sort of calcium or both?

I also felt her abdomen and I think I can feel an egg there. Not sure if that's a sign she's egg bound or not. But she's alert, not droopy, walks around, picks at stuff, and seems fine besides the impaction, not pooping, and not laying.
