Impacted crop

One of our turkeys is experiencing some issues with an impacted crop. She is almost three years old and is a broad brested white. Right now our guys get a mixture of corn egg laying feed and fresh produce.

Yesterday we massaged the crop and it does feel bette today. But she has completely plucked her chest and belly.

Any words of advice or ideas as to what's causing this?

Make sure she's getting her share of water. Try putting some olive oil in her water and give her some bread soaked in olive oli, this always seems to helps my chickens. Good Luck
