Impacted hen

I noticed yesterday my hen was acting weird. Penguin walking and tail down. Today is the same with her. I have tried massaging her putting my finger inside of her and felt egg but she won’t lay it. Any suggestions

Do you have Epsom salts? If you do: put some Epsom salts and warm water in a tub or container to let her soak up past her vent and help her pass the egg.(It's called Egg Bound. ) I hope she feels better soon.

Also break up a Tums tablet and see if she'll eat it.

Today she is still walking funny and won’t get up. She laid the egg finally but I was wondering why she’s still doing this?

Later I’m going to try if my rooster will stop attacking me and let me near her. He is smart and has realized that I’m trying to pen him up in the smaller pen.
