IMPORTANT! What do I do?

No, the other chickens stay away from Mama and the babies.
I have always kelp my mama and her babies in the coop with the others. They may occasionally lightly peck the chicks but nothing serious. The mom will usually protect them. I'd put them in there and just watch and see if things will go right.

Current pic of one of the babies. HELP!!! ASAP, PLEASE!!

Do you have a box, cat carrier, dog carrier something...big enough for the hen & the chicks, that you can put them into over night...while you figure this out? My hen would come to me if I had her favorite snacks....remember shes been sitting, and will probably be ravenous-mine usually are. I usually partition off part of my coop for my broody & babies, then she doesn't have to "deal" with the other hens etc. The predators are more of a concern if she stays out. Is there more help you are looking for? what specifically can we help with?

I was told by my Uncle to separate it from Mama and the other babies seeing how this one was attacked.
Right now I have it in the house in small cat carrier.

So was this little chick attacked by another chicken or an unknown predator?
does it have injuries?
are you worried about the momma hen & chicks too?
If the chick is ok, make sure it has water and some feed, even it its feed that you currently have on hand, put some water on it to moisten it and soften it. The chick will need a light to keep it warm, maybe even a desk lamp--make sure there is somewhere it can get out from the light if it gets too hot. Thats all the baby will need. You might try "catching" the momma & other babies, separating them and putting them someplace safe, and then re-introduce the chick (if it is not injured) at night, and then checking to see if she re-accepts it. I had one little chick that was a different color from the others and when one hen started pecking, they all did, even the babies...So limiting the chickens who "dont" like that hen from access to her is very important. Let us know how we can help specifically....we'll be glad to help. :)

I didn't see any open wounds but I do think it has a broken wing.
That pic was just before I put it in the carrier. This is the pic now:

Wish I was able to do a video of when it's moving so everyone could get a better idea of the little one.

I was told to leave her and the babies alone because she or the other chickens will destroy the babies.
Hmmm, not my experience. Obviously the hen has been in your coop most of her life, but she was laying eggs outside and hatched them outside of coop? I had a hen do that. I put the food and water in the coop and she came in and ate and drank with chicks and I caught them all and set them up in a maternity coop. Chickens will sit still at night so if you can find her and the chicks you should be able to catch them and bring them to the coop.

Have the others been trying to kill the chicks? I sometimes put a dog cage inside of the coop nd lock them up at night. And let them all out in the morning.
Yeah, my hens that are broody are put into a maternity coop to have babies and spend the first week all together without outside interference.

There's food and water in the coop at all times but Mama hasn't made a move to go in at all today. I think she has a nest and some more are going to be hatching soon.
