IMPORTANT! What do I do?

There's food and water in the coop at all times but Mama hasn't made a move to go in at all today. I think she has a nest and some more are going to be hatching soon.

That would be very unusual. Once they are up with chicks they don't usually set on anymore eggs and if the other eggs do hatch they will usually reject them, at least in my experience. Need to find the nest, but more importantly get them in the coop. Look for them tonight.

I just noticed that there's an open wound and baby maggots are in it. NOW WHAT?

If there are maggots there is definitely a wound...I would try to cleans it, picking off as many as possible. I'm going to post this over to emergencies and see if someone over there has better ideas.

So small and fragile. I would be a nervous wreck.

I am, I Am! It's just important that I stay cool and collected so I can be of a better assistance to the baby.

My Uncle and I know one thing this little one is a fighter and has a strong pair of lungs.
The sad thing is I don't know when it hatched or that I had a hen sitting on a nest outside of the coop. If I would have been paying more attention than this might not have happened and I would have been more prepared for cases like this.
