Importing hatching eggs into the UK

Hi,

I'm absolutely in love with all things brahma. Just spotted silver laced brahmas and cockoo brahmas but can't find any hatching eggs in the UK. I've found a couple of sellers in Turkey but that would mean importing. I'm not against taking the risk of losing fertile during transit but I don't know the legal requirements to import hatching eggs into the UK.

Does anyone know what the requirements are? Has anyone done something similar?
