Importing into Canada?

Hi. I used to be familiar some years back on how to import poultry into Canada, but now totally forgot the procedure. I am going to the US some time soon and want to bring back a German New Hampshire Red line I am getting while down there. What do I need to do to bring them over the boarder without getting in trouble? Any advise would be much appreciated!

To be sure, check with your agriculture department.
It is probably the easiest border crossing for poultry but i's still need to be dotted and t's crossed.
