Impossible to break brooder!

Well, we don't really have a great place to raise chicks. We let our girls free range on out land. We have hawks, other predator birds, as well as other little creatures. We also don't have a rooster, but we are to the point we are just going to go ahead and get a few for her.

P.s. I forgot to mention, we also have a little, store bought chicken coop for our Broodies. Just big enough for a momma and her babies. I built a giant tractor coop for the big birds, a medium sized one for adolescents. And of course, a specialized one for The Goonies. (9 guineas)
