Impossible to peel eggs.

I put my eggs straight from boiling water into ice water, works great for me. Even made a beliver outta my WW (wonderful wifey).

i eat my eggs raw with the shell so i dont worry about peeling them..

Wow I never expected such a response

I use, and have always used, this little cooker. The big eggs peel like an orange. I will try letting them sit in the fridge for a while to age, or just eat them raw - shell and all.

O.K. I figured out how to peel the eggs. Even after steaming for 20 minutes and stuck into a big bowl of ice water for another 20 they still need to be refrigerated overnight. P
