Look at the chick's behavior, if they start to clump together, lower it, they need to be at like 90 deg F.

Easiest way to decide on the height is to keep a thermometer in the brooder and adjust the height of the light to maintain the right temp.

Umm, no not yet, they are still scared, and its kind of difficult, but im trying, and i will lower the lamp, THANKS Guys!
