Improve your chick hatch rate

I know this is a shameless plug for a video I just posted, but I'm trying to share how I consistently get a 95% hatch rate for our American Bresse chicks and don't know how else I can do it. This is based from three years of successfully hatching over 600 chicks. We are not a hatchery, just a private breeder. I hope you find it helpful with your hatches!
