improving my coop

Ok, what I think is happening here is that water is coming in the front creating damp conditions throughout the whole coop. It will dry back out faster at the front open area leaving the back still damp. A coup like that would be fine here in Texas or Arizona etc. but not so much where you are. If this were my coup I would enclose all the screened lower areas and also enclose the top screen about half way up. That will leave you with plenty of ventilation.
