In Breeding

I'm wondering, since I'm getting Ducklings from a local breeder, and I want pure bred Harlequins, should I be concerned with breeding siblings? My thought is that even if I were to swap Drakes with someone else in the area, that they would still be from the same bloodlines.
What are the consequences of staying in the same bloodline? Angel Wing, Bumble Foot, etc.?

That's always on my mind with my SFH flock. The consequences are something to avoid if possible. I feel like I have to be an investigator asking questions about the breeders flock history. To make sure there line is different from mine.
