I've been hearing a lot of stuff over here in the USA, such as perhaps martial law happening, and I'm looking for help with my chickens. If everything was to suddenly shut down, and nobody is allowed to go anywhere, how can I take care of my flock if supplies runs out?
Also, if food was to become scarce or something, how do I keep my flock quiet and protected from people stealing them? Any input would be very helpful. Thanks.

Well, didn't think of this before. Glad you brought this up. You can feed them SAFE table scraps, let them free range (if they aren't), my coops have locks on them so no one can get to them (not by choice), and you should be fine. I don't think things will get that crazy to where people will steal your chickens unless you live in a bigger city.
