In case you every wondered...what a difference my robot has made!!!

Aaargh, No. Wow that must have been some hair! Keep us posted on what they say.

Actually, there wasn't that much hair on the brushes. It just seems that some got caught up on the end and was tightly twisted around the part where it the piece rotates. Waiting to hear back from iRobot on this.

Well - so far they have told me the entire unit should be replaced, but to go via Hammacher Schlemmer where I purchased it so as not to void their warranty. I asked again if couldn't I just get the one little piece to replace - because I don't want to be without the DD for the time it will take to replace the entire unit!! Waiting for that response now - got several during the day yesterday, but maybe they take Saturday night and Sunday off!
