At first you only posted the head after you posted the overall body we all could tell what you have, partial photos may get different answers
It looks like your pea is between 6 and 8 weeks of age in that photo, i assure you it is a hen and of the indian blue variety.
here is an example of hen and peacock at 33 days of age and again at 8 weeks
Notice how vivid the barring on the back of the male is compared to the female;
As Zaz stated, a view of the head only was kind of hard. Seeing the wings I would have to change my opinion to hen as well.
