my 16 week old rooster passed away yesterday and i miss him
His name was Wally Roo.
Wally at 2 weeks.
Wally at 5weeks it was the first night in the coop. he was so sweet.
Wally at 8 weeks. he was just starting to partice crowing.
Wally at 14weeks. he had finally discovered his manliness! the ladies weren't pleased but he loved them.
Wally was a good boy even though he was a bit wild and a little defiaint. he always kept a watch out for the ever lurking predatory leaves falling from the trees and would even occassionaly call the girls over when he found something tastey, though this proved to make them madder at him, because as the girls would come to collect the treat he would runaway with HIS goody.
but he always called the girls in at dark and when little autumn got bullied and refused to sleep with the group Wally would always go over to her. he was very beautiful and i was deeply looking forward to having him father chicks in the spring. i miss him
