Hello! I recently made a purchase on etsy for some quail eggs claiming to be "healthy". Needless to say the amount of abnormalities in the 4 1/2 that did hatch was huge. Out of the 4 1/2 we only have 2 left. One of the two remaining chicks has a rupture air sack. Two of them had curled feet and were unable to walk. As for the only "healthy" chick, he is thriving despite being a TWIN. The other twin wasn't alive at birth.(twins pictured. Their yolk was attached and I had to wait until the surviving baby absorbed it more before I removed the deceased one)

So does anyone have recommendations as to where I can find healthy eggs?

That's terrible! EVEN for shipped eggs. I haven't personally bought from them, but have heard a lot of good things about Myshire Farm.
