You probably can’t get a dozen eggs for that price. Let alone almost 2 dozen. You also have to think about shipping cost also.

Check ebay, you may be able to buy eggs in groups of 6.

Mix breed eggs can sometimes be found cheap but purebred especially non common or high demand breeds can be expensive. Even for low quantity.
