Do the owls pluck the feathers?

Mine for the most part eat the feathers, which differs markedly from what similar sized hawks do.

There were some feathers but not a lot. I should have taken some pictures. Hind site...

I have been watching my owls closely for a few years now. See thread thread linked below. It links previous threads I think that go back as far as 2015. The owls have been pretty consistent when it comes to consumption of feathers and even bones,
