WOW!!! Your an amazing writer!!! WAY better than I am!!! I wish i could write like you*~|Chapter One: Prince Rocky|~*
Rocky yawned and stretched, sticking his little toes out, and raking his claws in the dirt, before gathering himself into a standing position. Blinking his eyes in the dim light of the cozy, warm den, he looked around. A mass of silver and white fur lay at the end of the den; it was Cliff and Yuka. "Mom-m-mom, can I go outside? Mom?" he whined, trying to wake her. Yuka lifted her head, and her maw parted in a gaping yawn, exposing her pink tongue and sharp teeth for a brief moment, before she gently closed her jaws and looked at Rocky. "Only if you stay right outside the den." she smiled.
"Yay, thanks, Mom!" Rocky squealed, before nudging his mother with his cold black nose. Then he darted from the den as quick as a startled rabbit, disappearing into the dim shadows. Yuka yawned again, and flopped down on the den floor beside her mate, Cliff, in hopes of getting a little more rest before full sun.
Rocky had reached the den entrance, and was looking around with his big brown eyes. He'd never been away alone; suddenly his maw broke into a sly grin. What if he went out to explore while his parents slept? He peeked back into the den, and looked at his mother and father. They were still sleeping peacefully, unaware of what their deceitful son was planning. Rocky nodded his head, as if telling himself, "Yes, let's do it!" and he turned to leave the den.
As he walked from the cavern, he looked at his surroundings, his eyes big with awe and fascination. Once or twice, a hawk swooped overhead, and he cringed, or dove into a bush, but aside from that, he was thoroughly enjoying himself. As he strolled on, he looked back at his home, where his mother and father lay, and he felt a pang of guilt for being so deceitful. Suddenly, he bumped into something; something big..., black..., and hairy. He looked up, and found himself gazing into a pair of soulless golden eyes.
Lol! Chapter 2 coming soon! No, but you have me disturbing Ethel!![]()
