Do you see movement when candling? I wouldn't open an egg that isn't at least pipped internally unless I'm doing an eggtopsy. Anytime I've opened an egg this late, it was a quitter. Good luck. Hope they're still alive.

I'm sorry.
Since your first one hatched so late, I think there might be a low temperature issue in your incubator. Either too low, or fluctuated too much, or cold spots.
It's not uncommon to see no movement in late stage eggs, I can't tell you if they're still alive or not.
