Hey guys, there is a bunch of new people over there today!

It could also be about the time of day the post come on too.

I have noticed that they all seem to appear quite early in the day, and it is very quiet here then. If people are busy at certain times of day they can miss any new people.

If I am home and not busy I do try and welcome some new posters.

I do my part to welcome new members. I also noticed that its usually the same few people welcoming new members. I know we can get more people on the "welcome commitee"

I try to welcome people as I see them, because everyone gave me such a warm welcome.​

that is good to hear!!!! I know some new people feel shy about posting and a nice welcome can make a big difference.
