Haha. That's Fox 12 news here in Portland, Oregon. They were talking about how someone edited the forecast to look like this a couple days back ago.

The saying "The eye in the sky does not lie" comes to mind. (drilled in my head by my football coach) People just trust video as fact, just as if they had seen it with there own eyes.
