I had to learn this the hard way.






This is me. I am not always the most comforting friend. I can do well as a volunteer helpline counselor, but when it comes to people I am close too, I always say the absolute wrong thing. Still, I do my best to keep my friends from falling, as they do for me. A blessing is having people you love enough to try and help, fail disastrously, and still try again. A double blessing is to have people who love you enough to forgive your failings and accept your second try.




Except my cat, he loves everything, even the other cats who beat the crap out of him, and yet he tries to snuggle them again. I think my cat is a little stupid.
