It used to be one of mine, but it fell into the trap that so many TV series do. Each episode has to outdo the previous week, each year has to outdo the previous year. As a result, they start getting too weird, ridiculous, unbelievable. A show like the mentalist has to stay real, and it lost that. Red John was the real problem, to keep that building bigger and bigger it became so past impossible that it was silly and annoying.
