My son Dean LOVES Cuttle fish.... he said when they had them at the Birch aquarium some of them would spend most of their day watching People though the glass. He worked there as a volunteer for about five years out of highschool.

The ones to watch out for though are the Humboldt squid



each of their suckers have teeth or barbs on them.... and they are aggressive with a measure of intelligence. They can grow up to 6.2 feet in their mantle. (body length)

They are as intelligent as an Octopus. which is about the same as a dog. My son says he would be more terrified of these than large sharks. We have great Whites along the coast here... but they are more interested in seals.

Now that's an ugly fish! Even if it does look like Ziggy.

The drool coming out the side of the mouth on the last picture adds an extra gross factor!
