I couldn't enlarge it, then figure out it was a pug laying on it's back. Do you see problems in their face, nasal, or eye areas? I hear that wrinkles can cause skin conditions inbetween them, then they are pug faced. so problems with upper sinus and eye problems.

Never saw any issues with the wrinkles.
They are prone to damaged eyes because they are so big an so far forward. The roof of the mouth is as long as other dogs. Because the nose is pushed back the roof of the mouth is also pushed back in to the back of the throat. It makes it hard for them to breath. I breed for longer noses than the standard so mine can breath fine. My oldest pug though has a real flat face. She sounds like she is having a asthma attack all the time. I have to run AC if the temp gets above 85 cause she cant pant well enough an it would kill her. Her age has a lot to do with that to though. Shes 15...
