Gah! I am so glad I live in a place where it is very very easy to tell the venomous snakes form the non venomous ones by sight and from a distance!My dogs found one of these and if they were bitten they would have died! This photo's off google images!

you do have a snake that is both mildly venomous and mildly poisonous, the grass snake. It s rear fanged and it's venom is so mild that even if it did envenomate you, you would not be able to tell the difference between the sting of the venom and the sting of those sharp little teeth. It is only recently scientists even realized the common grass and ribbon snake was venomous!And I'm glad I live in a place with no venomous snakes...![]()
