Had the heat on briefly at night for a couple days - got down near 40 - bedroom was 68 - it has been 84 for months - until I put air conditioning. I really love cool weather but the up and downs don't give enough time to acclimate.

From the canyon just up from us..not this yr..haven't gone up yet this yr. Soon, it will be like this again, need to get up there before the leaves fall. Took some from the car.

Beautiful photos!! This reminds me of my vacations to Utah even though I was more down south when I went.

I want to share photos from the Hershey Pennsylvania botanical garden... but either windows 10 or the new computer refuses to acknowledge me as the computer's administrator and I can not get the photos off of my SD card.
Any one have any ideas? I miss my IT kid.
(I am afraid he won't want even look at email from me anymore.I can sense the eye rolls from over 2000 miles away.

Eggsy. what you didn't visit the Hershey chocolate plant??? I haven't installed windows 10 - waiting for my son to come and do it. He is the administrator on my computer, because I don't from how to do anything.

I bet your son would love one of those t-shirts that says NO , I WON'T FIX YOUR COMPUTER . My son just always says "Later."

He has a shirt that says, 'tech support"
We used to pay him each month for tech help. More of an allowance, but we could never have afforded a staples wonk.

My son and I had to beg, whine, plead.. and finally chastise the husband to "lighten up and drive the ten minutes over to Hershey for Pete's sake!"
I figured chocolate he wouldn't pull off the interstate for...but a garden had a shot.
He had such a nice time he felt badly about giving us a hard time. 24 hours of driving will do that, I guess.
It got to be awful. He would not listen to the Garmen, and he did not believe my map reading skills...I had to ask him if he'd ever been here before- how does he know we are all wrong?

I did it. I just kept clicking things until it gave up being obstinate.This is the sculpture garden. I loved the mantis.

I knew diva would want rose pictures. I thought I took many more... but apparently I had it on video.


this little bird and it's sibling were hanging out at the garden. I thought he was cute.
