You're blessed to be able to ride. I miss those days.

Can't ride very long nowadays but I make it a point to ride as much as I can.

You really seem to have a green thumb. All your plants look nice and healthy. What do you do with all of your produce? I envy you with your greenhouses.

we make relatively many preparations for the winter - canned cucumbers, tomato paste, lecho with onions, canned tomatoes, and we freeze a lot of vegetables so that we can use them for soup or second courses in winter.
And in the summer we make a vegetable salad for lunch.
Some of the cucumbers eat goose, they like when i throw cucumbers to them.
