Pasha, it's good to catch up with you. Wish I knew someone out here with your great building skills.

For many years, I just had no choice ))) Hired builders build here badly enough and then i will have to redo. Therefore, whether I like it or not, there is a lot to do on my own. In addition, it comes out much cheaper.
