I still own a few of my uniforms an "capes"

My son is just about finished with his eagle scout project with a year to spare to actually be an eagle while he is still a scout. I will show him this. He has been in scouts from the beginning and has loved it. I need to print this out and put it in his memory box!

Quote: Good for him... I wish I had but I didn't get that far. I had a lot going on at that age an my priorities were elsewhere. I ended up in the Explorers program with the fire department. It is also a part of the Boy Scouts of America but is not just for boys. Later I came full circle an spent some time as a adult assistant leader/mentor to a group of explorers, over half of which were girls. I think I learned as much as they did... Being the adult taking trips with a mixed group off teens gets interesting..
