Anyone care to tell me how the track got shifted but all the other strait lines in the picture are still strait?

The fault movement is lateral, right at the squirrelly bit. I see lots of similar stuff here in California, not quite as extreme. That is, most of it is not as extreme -what I have seen - but some IS. The majority is not as obvious.
