Way back when I was grooming, we had a little dog come in looking very much like that one. It took about 5hrs to get her cleaned off. We discovered that one of her legs had been bound up for so long that it was permanently twisted with her paw pads against her chest. We named her Knot-my (partly for the condition of her coat and partly because when animal control asked around the houses she was near they all said "That's not my dog!") and we thought sounded nicely oriental for her breed. She spent about a month in the kennel and then was adopted to a wonderful family who was still bringing her back for monthly grooming when I left the shop.
