It will if the water lever gets higher on the outside than the inside.

Okay, I am the densest person I know, I tend to take everything seriously - then later give myself a good face slap and say "dummy, dummy, dummy." My dad's mom told me she was always doing that to him. Maybe why he had no respect for women - even his wife of over 50 years.
