One of the very first calls I remember running as a firemen was a puppy in a well. I was no more than 17 years old. A hand full of firemen spent about 4 hours trying to rescue a puppy 40 feet down a 6 inch well shaft. We made a lasso by running a rope threw a PVC pipe. We ran the pipe down the well an looped the dog. We then pulled the rope tight an taped it to the pipe an pulled the dog out. When we got it out an cut the rope loose it was not breathing. Two EMTs did CPR on that pup an gave it O2 an brought it back to life. One of the EMTs took that pup home an as far as I know she still has it today if it has not died of old age. She still had it last time I asked.
Quote: Probably Tarantula.... We have them here big time but their range is HUGE and covers most of the US.
This one is definitely an Indonesian Jumping spider.... it at most is the size of a pencil eraser....
