Well then it's one heck of a big wood pecker or a awfully small weasel ? We have similar looking wood pecker here and it's about ten inch's tall , in which case that weasel is about four inch's long .I know humming birds hitch rides on the backs of geese , but weasels , all I can say is fly high bird , fly high ! if he gets ya , you still win in the end  

Hummingbirds don't really ride on geese that's a myth they migrate at different times of the year from different locations
