Kristy, I posted that last one with the dogs on the EHAL. Pretty funny..but not always. I have problems with some dogs going on my trees!

Anyone know what breed or color he is? Never seen anything like it. Wow.

Our humble abode. There's dad mowing the lawn for the first time. If you look close at the front door, you will see our two little dogs watching me.
Despite the cold and icicles we got last week, my tulips popped up, and so did the flowering bush, which for the life of me I can't remember the name of. We are in a neighborhood, that is why you keep hearing, wish I had more land! :) We are actually pretty happy here, all settled in for the final yrs.

What a beautiful home you have. Love the tulips! So happy for you both. :)

That horse has a pale ghostly look to it like a vampire got to him first. I wouldn't call him the most beautiful horse even if he was mine. He has such a plain expression like nothing is going on 'in there'. Maybe a Palomino x Weimaraner dog.

Cynthia I love your house - it's a ranch, so no stairs.

. I've seen a couple in the neighborhood like yours., so you could just as happily move here. Of course we have a "neighborhood," but, we are very close to forest preserves, so you'd have that "off the beaten path," feeling. People out here tend to be crazy too - you just have to "out" crazy them to keep them in their place.

Could your flowering shrub be a rhododendron? People out here have some that survive the worst winters, and are early to bloom in spring. Last time I checked they were in full leaf but, no flower buds yet. That area is currently having sewers and city water brought in - I hope they didn't damage it when digging up property all over the place. Looks awful.
