It was like 10 pages of us asking how the track was bent but not the road beside it, an that was after figuring out it was an earthquake.

Yes.I believe They put up the sign just for him.
The dog is a real character.
He doesn't look to shady though. Other than the smoking, he could hang out at my place.

Oh, its not real. Here I thought they didn't want to get a different signs for each if those things. So they put them all in one sign.

No alcohol
No skateboards
