Speaking of trees, saw this today... this is crazy how fast they can take a tree down now..this one for mulch..next one to strip the bark.




Our tress are going fast enough as it is! I had no idea they had these things out there. Makes me sad. I can see clearing up the dead area..but man, we sure go through a lot of wood in this country..and others. :/

Sad as I think if you are going to cut a tree down ......use it ! heat , lumber , something besides this ! Truly sad
 


This is One, our male goat. He got his name from the white mark on his right side, looks just like the number. We've had him about 1.5 years now and he's finally decided we're ok enough to pet his nose (as long as he has his face in the food bowl). He's a shy guy which is fine, no problem with him messing with us. One of his favorite treats is Poblono peppers from the garden.

Isn't he a handsome guy?
 
Nope, no head butting from that guy...he's too people shy to get that close. He does have a serious crush on our female goat though.
