The guy in the picture has a smile on his face and he's looking behind the truck. So it makes me think it's a prank. So maybe a backhoe is pushing down on the logs in the back. Because like Rebel said it was loaded and strapped while it was flat. That's my two cents.

You may have something there. The picture is 675px × 900px which is not a standard size so something has been cropped out...
