From what I could figure out it was the motherboard. I could not even get in to the bios screen. I moved the drive an video card to an older computer I had laying around an it booted up an is running fine. I was going to buy a new board but the CPU socket is discontenuied so all I can find is old stock. I decided its time to start building a new one....
I remember when I worked with computers were old boards with a single-core Intel 3,2 GHz processor, there is sometimes something knocked and stopped working SATA connector, but IDE continued to work. I remember, even made a pair of computers, connecting them IDE drives. But at the same SATA - no, no emotion at all, the motherboard said that every time the disc is broken but the disks were new and worked on another computers normal.

Even my mother have a computer in the room and there burnt videocard connector on the motherboard, but the old (integrated) graphics card works (!), and if i put in the slot any videocard - no, computer does not work. And i left the computer to print kitchen recipes, but games (where need a good graphics card) can not play.

When I worked as a computer specialist, I often are made of different stuff computers and made them operable, and gave those computers, changing candies. But then the work bored me and I went to work in a restaurant, where all employees are entitled to free cakes )))

Now I'm sitting at a laptop 2003 year model, which dead battery 2032. I replaced it and changed, but in the BIOS is some invincible default password which no one knows. This is a computer 13 years old, but in all these years no one has ever able to enter the bios. No one of passwords proposed by the Internet is not suited )))
