I was wondering the same thing. Thought, what an interesting comb! Kind of cute on that one.

Kinda looks like one of those pointy tulips that is wilting - no offense, just interesting.

Not a clue what you'd call it, but I notice the bird has a crest. The comb looks a cross between the "Devil horns" of some of the crested breeds, and the crown -shaped comb of a Buttercup.
