in this random rambling thread we post random pictures

Nicky, don't worry I never eat jam. It's got fruit in it. Bodies crave chocolate. I have never heard mine say it wanted a piece of fruit or veggies.

Well done , takes a lot to finish something you start , I know ! ........How big is the green house ? I always get the idea you're living in a town so ?
Yes, i live in the town.
The greenhouse is 6m x 9m and 7,5 m high.

Here we have a lot of snow in the winter, when the roof is high, the snow does not lie on it, and slides down, the roof does not need to be cleaned. And high greenhouse longer cools down at night (at night it is cold here even in summer), and in the heat the plants do not overheat when the roof is high.
On the morning i open the windows, before the night i close it. I took the old Windows for this greenhouse, this windows are of my grandmother's apartments, which were renovated. My grandmother had died some years ago, and now the apartment I just rent out to guests for little money. Now there live one family width two kids.

In the summer the geese will live in the "park" near of the greenhouse, and in the barn (they can enter), in the winter i close one door and open another door - then the geese will walk in the greenhouse (in the summer there will be tomato, not geese).

It was a lot of electric welding and I collected all the metal debris from the entire neighborhood. There's even a spacer made of old chainsaws, old furniture, trimming various valves and tubes )) At this I was able to save 40% of the money. Otherwise, a greenhouse would have been too expensive for me.

According to the calculations there is obtained 5 beds to 70 cm wide, and 4 tracks 60 sm wide. The doors are 80 sm wide (this is for enter there width the wheelbarrow).

I really like my new greenhouse ))

Some of my newer pictures, these were taken at the golf course DH & I manage. A lot of deer are starting to move onto the grounds (hiding from the hunters maybe?) and the last picture shows the young porcupine that's been hanging around.

Love the pictures Debby! Especially the porcupine. It's so young and tiny. It doesn't have its massive quills yet.

That little porcupine has become quite popular with the customers, lol. You can get an idea of how small he is by the drinking straw next to him on the ground. And he's so round! He's only about the size of a volley ball but I'm sure will get quite a bit larger, judging by some of the adults we've seen.

Glad you enjoyed the pictures Nicky!
