Incubation of eggs..png

This might be in the wrong place but my brain is having a bad day. So here is my delima. I have a hen that is refusing to sit on her fertilized eggs and I WANT CHICKS DANG IT which means an incubator. Now I have one coming and it will be here tomorrow. After what all I have read and researched they say 18 to 21 days and pop baby peeps. Now, My hen does not lay more than one egg every 2 days as of yet. How in the heck do I get a few eggs to where they all hatch at the same time in an incubator. If I put the incubator in lockdown for the first egg then that means the other eggs have a few days to go before lock down.... I mean unless you have an incubator for each day a new egg is laid well, WTF I know amongst the chicken community this sounds as if I am totally retarded and honestly I am. Since my stroke I can not think very well anymore and I am at a total loss on how to do this. I have 5 eggs right now, the oldest is at 10 days old then each other egg I have is two days younger than the last. I have had them in my DIY incubator in hopes they will hold until the real deal gets here tomorrow. Any help would be greatly appreciated because I am getting tired of shaving my head just so my hair does not fall out into my dinner plate from my brain being on overload. And yes I had to do another manipulation photo to go with my delima.

I have done many a ..staggered..hatch. Date them! Put those that are 20 days old in now! Put the others in when the oldest is 10 days old. Folks are always afraid of opening their bators while eggs are hatching. Not me. Not all folks. I've had many a great staggered hatches..which means, eggs put in at different ages. Go for it.
